Rhys came across yoga in 2015, as a carpenter building houses for a living “a bit of a stretch couldn’t hurt right?” Upon leaving his first class drenched in sweat and a smile from ear to ear, he noticed two things. His mind was clear, free of anxiety and that he had just started his life long journey with yoga.

Rhys has a passion for movement, life and his students! His classes are centered around three things, calming the mind, slowing the breath and learning how to move your body.
